A couple of days before the magic of the Leprechauns, we had some magic happening at our house. Logan was to make a trap for school again this year so out came all the goodies you could think of. He decided to go with a sticky mouse trap and Lucky Charms.
Since he was making one, the girls needed to make one as well. They all got busy and came up with their own creations hoping this year would be the year. We've gotten close over the years.
Those silly leprechauns found our home again and left little green clovers all over the house. All the traps had been activated and guess what they found. They caught 4 little green leprechauns this year. As the legend goes, if a leprechaun gets caught in our world, he/she will turn to stone. The kids were so excited. As a matter of fact, Logan got up at 4:45 in the morning hoping to see them sneaky leprechauns. Instead, he found his stone one and out came the screams.
Lucky for us, the day was full of events so it was a very fun day. They kids had a ball getting all dressed in green and having green food to eat and green milk to drink. Another successful holiday.
Side note: Logan has now lost 4 teeth

Must have been some trap! Way too go Logan. Not many can catch a Leperchan!!
