A Visit to the Doctors

Sicily had her 4 month check-up today. She is in a good growth pattern and above in the development part. Her doctor says its probably because she is already trying to keep up with her siblings.

Weight: 17# 17oz 97%
Head Cir.: 43 cm 88%

So, we currently have a short chubby girl! I asked her doctor about her sleeping pattern and she responded that some babies don't need as much sleep. She will sleep for 30 minutes to an hour and then be awake for 4-5. There isn't anything wrong with Sicily (I thought maybe an ear infection...nope). The only recommendation was to let her work it out herself (cry herself back to sleep), or put her in her own room where she won't be disturbed with noises of others. Not sure that one will happen.
