Christmas rundown

Since December is always very busy, you'll just get a quick rundown.  If you want more than that you should call me once in awhile.

We took a quick family picture with us all in our RED the Sunday before Christmas.  Timers are tricky with kids.

We of course decorated a tree.  Not one time, not two times, but THREE times.  Our tree died after a couple of weeks so we got a new one.  After we decorated the second tree, a couple of days later it fell over.  The kids are expert ornament hangers.

We've read a ton of christmas/winter stories, as well as tasted them.

We've had a few fits thrown because it wasn't time to open presents.  The kids used the money they got from GG & GG Tea to buy someone else a present.  Miss Sicily thought that meant she could open hers that night.  Its so hard to be 2!

And then some random pictures during the day.  It was a very quiet day.  Started off around 7 since Chad worked the night before.  I kept the kids up late so they wouldn't wake too early.  We played with every toy, every game, every box, you name it.  We finally got dressed, had a small lunch and took a few naps.

We had G & G Williams come over for dinner and then they got to play with all the toys.  It turned out to be a great day.  Sicily was the cutest, she was afraid to see the presents since "Santa" had been in our house.  But all morning she would say "oh my" or "yea" for everything she got and the other kids.  Sage really took to the wrapping paper.  She was sad when it went away.  As always, it is fun to hear their responses and say over and over "how did he know"!  I love the magic Christmas brings.

That is a good idea to give each other gifts with the money. Poor S, it sure looks hard to be 2! I love the picture of Sage and the wrapping paper.

Hey, you updated, and so did we! You'll have to check it out. I know Sage and Kalei would have had a ball with all the Christmas paper...they could have shared it with each other! :)
